PAYMENT

I do not currently partner with insurance companies. My private practice is considered an "out-of-network" provider you pay us directly. Before contacting me, please call your insurance company to find out if you are eligible for out-of-network speech language therapy and/or evaluation reimbursement. I can provide you with receipts and treatment reports as needed for you to submit "out of network" claims to your insurance company, if eligible. If your insurance company requests a predetermination note, please ask your physician. Clients are responsible for paying for all services.
